It’s built for youth and high school basketball coaches working with players roughly ages 12–18. The system is especially useful for coaches who want more structure, clearer teaching, and less time spent building practices from scratch.
Is this for beginner coaches or experienced coaches?
Both. If you’re newer to coaching, the bundle gives you a clear system to follow. If you already coach with experience, it gives you structure, teaching clarity, and ready-to-use tools you can plug into your current approach.
Do I need to use every part of the bundle together?
No. You can use each resource on its own. But the bundle is designed to work best as a connected system: the practice plans, the zone package, and the motion offense support each other.
Can I use this with my current system?
Yes. Many coaches will use the bundle as a complete framework, but you can also use individual pieces to strengthen what you already run.

It gives you a simple, adaptable motion system built for youth and high school basketball, including spacing, reads, and how to attack both man and zone defenses.
What do the Practice Plans look like?
They’re structured, ready-to-run sessions built to save prep time and give each practice a clear purpose. The goal is to help you stop starting from zero every week and walk into practice with a plan.
Are these random drills or a complete system?
This is a system, not a collection of disconnected drills. The resources are designed to help coaches teach with more consistency and help players understand what carries over from practice to games.

Is this a physical product?
No. All Court Method products are digital.
How do I receive the bundle?
After purchase, you’ll get immediate digital access to your files. Delivery details are sent to the email used at checkout.
What format are the products in?
The products are delivered in digital format, primarily as PDF resources for easy viewing, downloading, and printing where useful.
Do I get instant access?
Yes. Access is delivered immediately after purchase unless there is a technical issue with payment or email delivery.
Can I download the files more than once?
Yes, in normal use you should be able to access your purchased files again from your delivery link or order email. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact support.
